Exchange and Return

We offer complimentary returns or exchanges on eligible non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a complimentary return label. Following receipt and assessment of your piece, refunds or exchanges are generally processed within 4 weeks.

Because personalised jewellery is made especially for you, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not available on personalised orders.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE MY JEWELLERY?

1. Submit your request through the My Returns form in your customer account section.

2. Once approved, we will issue a complimentary return label for you to return your piece in its original box with proof of purchase.

3. Once received, your return will be assessed and generally processed within 4 weeks.

Please note we may decline a refund or exchange under our voluntary returns policy where an item has been worn, damaged or does not meet eligibility conditions.
