Our artisans put all their passion into the creation of your jewel, but it remains an artisanal, sometimes delicate piece.

All jewellery purchased is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase mentioned on your invoice. This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. Our artisans uses the best precious materials which is why we guarantee gold shine for life.

Cords, links, deformations due to accidents or misuse, and normal wear & tear are not covered in the warranty.

If your jewel is still under warranty:

Please send us your jewel in its original box and the proof of purchase (warranty or invoice) by parcel after completing the return form on your customer account in the section my returns.

Your request will be processed within 3 weeks from the reception of your jewel. After assessing your piece, our team will be in touch with repair options and timing.

If your jewel is no longer under warranty:

The same process apply, with the difference that repair costs will be charged to you.

We will assess the piece and repair needed, send a quote and process payment once the quote is accepted.

To replace your cord: $50 + shipping flat rate $12.
